A virtual health-care platform and an interactive gaming chain are among the Winnipeg-based companies included in the Globe and Mail’s 2025 list of “top growing companies.”

A total of seven businesses from the Manitoba capital made the list, published Friday. It ranks Canada’s top growing companies by three-year revenue growth.

QDoc, which offers virtual health care, booking and billing, was the highest-ranked Winnipeg company at No. 6. The company’s revenue last year was placed in the $5 million to $10 million range; it has 25 employees. This was QDoc’s first time on the Globe and Mail list.

Activate Games, a leader in tech-enabled game rooms, was close behind at No. 7. The company rose 31 spots from last year, which was its first time on the annual ranking.

Both QDoc and Activate Games reported a three-year revenue growth of more than 3,500 per cent.

Conquest Planning, a financial planning software company, was No. 64. National Sales, a wholesale distributor to the hospitality industry, was No. 277.

Wellington-Altus Financial, Genuine Comfort and Highway Motor Freight Ltd. represented Winnipeg at Nos. 288, 311 and 325, respectively.

The latest iteration of the Globe and Mail’s annual list highlighted 400 companies.
