CALGARY – Precision Drilling Corp. says chief financial officer Carey Ford has been promoted to president and chief executive of the company.

Ford replaces Kevin Neveu, who has retired after serving as president and chief executive since 2007.

The Calgary-based oil and gas driller says Neveu will continue in an advisory role to help with the transition.

Ford joined Precision in 2011 and has served as chief financial officer since 2016.

Precision also announced the appointment of Gene Stahl as chief operating officer and Dustin Honing as chief financial officer.

The company provides drilling services to the oil and gas industry in addition to well service rigs, camps and rental equipment.
