MONTREAL – CGI Inc. says it has signed a deal to acquire Atlanta-based Stratfield Consulting, a management and technology consulting firm.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.
Founded in 2012, Stratfield Consulting has nearly 200 consultants.
It serves retailers and financial services clients.
Montreal-based CGI says the deal will grow its presence in Atlanta to nearly 600 consultants who live and work in the metro market.
