CALGARY – WestJet and Petro-Canada have announced a new loyalty program partnership.
By linking accounts through both companies’ offerings, members will be able to earn their preferred loyalty currency on fuel, car washes and convenience store purchases.
They can also redeem WestJet points at Petro-Canada stations and earn 20 per cent more Petro-Points.
The partnership is also to give members access to exclusive contests and promotions.
The tie-up is set to launch in early 2027, and further details are to be released closer to that time.
Petro-Canada, owned by energy giant Suncor Energy Inc., has more than 1,500 retail outlets across the country.
This report by The Canadian Press was first published April 16, 2026.
