CALGARY – Atco Ltd. says its profit grew in its latest quarter as revenue was also higher.

The company says its earnings attributable to Class I non-voting and Class II voting shares totalled $88 million in its second quarter, up from $64 million in the same period a year earlier.

That amounted to a profit of 78 cents per share for the quarter ended June 30, compared with 57 cents per share a year ago.

Adjusted earnings totalled $114 million or $1.01 per share, up from $101 million or 90 cents per share in the second quarter of 2025.

Its revenue was $1.32 billion in the quarter, up from $1.16 billion last year.

ATCO is a Calgary-based conglomerate with a diverse array of businesses including modular buildings, utilities, pipelines and defence.
