TERREBONNE – ADF Group Inc. reported a second-quarter profit of $3 million, up from $898,000 a year ago, as its revenue and order backlog grew.
The maker of structural steel components says the profit amounted to 10 cents per diluted share for the quarter ended July 31.
The result was up from a profit of three cents per diluted share a year earlier.
Revenue totalled $95 million for the quarter, up from $53 million in the same quarter last year.
The company’s order backlog stood at $693.7 million at July 31, a record high.
ADF chair and chief executive Jean Paschini says the company continues to operate in an environment shaped by the tariff discussions between Canada and the United States, it but remains focused on elements it can control.
This report by The Canadian Press was first published Sept. 10, 2026.
