VANCOUVER – The Silver Recycling Company Inc. (TSXV:TSR) has agreed to buy a silver scrap refining company in the United States for US$9 million plus adjustments.
Silver Recycling said Friday it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to buy the unnamed 22-year-old company.
Half of the purchase price will be paid in cash and the balance in shares of a new company to be formed with a Silver Recycling subsidiary, exchangeable into common shares of Silver Recycling.
Vancouver-based Silver Recycling acquires privately-owned silver and other precious metals recycling companies.
