BOUCHERVILLE, Que. – Auto parts distributor Uni-Select Inc.(TSX:UNS) is selling four corporate stores in Lac St-Jean, Que. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
The stores will be acquired by business owners Robert Claveau and Jean-Francois Claveau, who will change buying groups and sign a long-term supply agreement with Uni-Select.
Uni-Select is Canada’s second largest distributor of automotive replacement parts, equipment, tools and accessories and seventh largest distributor in the United States
