INCIDENT 339

When: Sept. 19

Where: 2300 block of McPhillips Street

A woman entered a department store, selected a man’s jacket and left the store without paying. She was followed out by loss prevention officers but jumped into a red Chevy Cavalier being operated in by a man and sped off. The plates turned out to be stolen.

INCIDENT 340

When: July 23

Where: 800 block of Dakota Street

A woman entered a liquor store, where cameras captured her taking three bottles of liquor and concealing them in a black bag. She then left the store without paying. This same woman is also believed to be responsible for similar thefts in other stores.
