NorWest Co-op Community Food Centre held its Sip and Savour wine-tasting and food-pairing fundraiser on Feb. 23 at the Upside Down Tree in Downtown Winnipeg. Funds from the event support NorWest programs, which strive to support the needs of low-income community members in the North End Inkster neighbourhood. The Upside Down Tree provides mentorship, connections and business expertise to help small charities. The event was presented by Paradigm Insurance and Upside Down Tree.
