When: July 25, 2022
Where: Ellice Avenue and Balmoral Street
The victim was running to catch a bus when he was attacked and then threatened by two men on bicycles. The suspects produced a knife and threatened the life of the victim if he did not turn over his backpack. The victim surrendered the backpack and the suspects fled. A camera captured surveillance photos of one of the suspects.

When: Aug. 7, 2022
Where: 400 block of Sherbrook Street
A homeowner confronted a man seen looking through tools that were on the homeowner’s property. The suspect left the area but returned and threw a rock with a note attached through one of the home’s windows. The note read, in part, that the suspect was going to return again to burn the victim’s house down.
