When: Feb. 21, 2023
Where: Winnipeg Transit bus, Ness Avenue and St. James Street

The suspect boarded a bus and approached a passenger. The two appeared to exchange words before the suspect pulled out a can of bear spray and discharged it in the bus. The driver and all passengers were contaminated. The suspect then fled.

Where: 1500 block of Regent Avenue West

A thief proceeded to select and conceal merchandise in a retail store. When confronted, the suspect pulled out a knife, which caused store staff to back away and allow the suspect to flee on foot.
