When: May 4, 2023
Where: Winnipeg Transit bus, westbound, Portage Avenue near St. James Street
Both the victim and suspect were passengers when the suspect punched the victim in the back of the head without provocation. The suspect then exited the bus and fled before police arrived.
Incident: 1311
When: March 20, 2023
Where: 700 block of Empress Street
Two people in a retail store proceeded to select merchandise and leave without paying. Store security attempted to intervene but one of the suspects produced a bladed weapon and attempted to stab the staff members. Security retreated and the suspects fled.
