Keystone Industrial Park is now on the Manitoba market.
The 184-acre industrial space located on the Rural Municipality of Rosser side of CentrePoint Canada includes 30 shovel-ready lots built for use in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and transportation companies. Over 50 per cent of the park is already sold or conditionally sold, according to a news release from CentrePoint on Monday.
“Developments like Keystone, connected to key trade enabling infrastructure such as CentrePort Canada Way, are critical to meeting market demand and driving economic growth in Manitoba,” said Carly Edmundson, CentrePoint Canada Inc.’s president and CEO.
The first phase of the Keystone development, which included servicing the lots with water and sewer, hydro and paved roads, is complete after a $100-million investment from CentrePort. Enhancements to transport access will be part of the second and final phase of development, set to begin this year.
Exemplar Developments said the project will “transform the area into one of the largest economic hubs in Manitoba.”
Keystone sits across Sturgeon Road and the North Crossing Business Park, also being developed by Exemplar.
“We are thrilled to see developers and companies growing in the RM of Rosser,” said Rosser Reeve Ken Mulligan. “The RM has worked hard to extend services and support new infrastructure in CentrePort North. We are pleased to see continued development and investment in the area.”
Colliers International is serving as the brokerage partner for Keystone and North Crossing.
