Incident 1226
When: June 3, 2022
Where: 2000 block of Selkirk Avenue
A suspect smashed the patio door of a home while the elderly homeowner was in hospital. The suspect stole a quantity of cash, jewelry and bank cards and fled out the patio door. Cameras captured surveillance footage of a person using a stolen bank card.
Incident 1227
When: May 23, 2022
Where: 800 block of Empress Street
A man forced his way into a financial institution, causing approximately $3,000 in damage. He then removed assorted electronic devices from the mountings and fled the area.
