Newcomers question mayoral hopefuls

No room for negativity at forum staged by and for new Canadians

Six of the eight mayoral hopefuls participate in the form Saturday.


Photos of NEWCOMERS FORUM: Immigration Partnership Winnipeg (IPW), with the support of nearly 30 community organizations, hosts a first-of-its kind mayoral candidates forum on newcomer issues,  at Hugh John MacDonald School's gym Saturday. 



Mayoral candidates that attended forum: 

Ed Ackerman, Brian Bowman, Tim Diack, Umar Hayat, Doug Wilson and Don Woodstock.
