Harold Einarsson, who bought the boat from the Manitoba government in February for $250,000 with Winnipeg lawyer Leo Cholakis, said today the luxury cruise ship is still up for sale on the world market.

The MS Lord Selkirk II, built in 1969,  sailed the Lake Winnipeg and the Red River  for 17 years . The ship, seen here in 2010, sat rusting in the Red River  a stones throw from the Selkirk Marine Museum'.

The MS Lord Selkirk II had not seen use since 1990. It was to have been dismantled and sold to China for scrap in 2010.
