My name is Dan Lett and I am a columnist for the Free Press, and I am also the author of a weekly newsletter called Not for Attribution.
Not for Attribution started as an examination of politics and public policy, but when you write one every week, you really have to look for more subject matter, so I also touch on professional sports, social and consumer trends, reporting on inside the news media and journalism, and I’ve even spent a lot of time reporting on primate infestations in South Asian cities (I don’t know why, it just caught my fancy).
