My first kiss.

I think technically both parties involved in a kiss have to do something that resembles kissing for it to be considered as such, but whatever. My first kiss is celebrating a birthday, so I thought of her. Her name was Vicki Stubing. At least it was at the time. She was the daughter of Captain Stubing, who was in charge of The Love Boat, The Love Boat being my favourite show in the world back in the day. In real life, her name was Jill Whelan, and we had a little fling in the early 80's. She was in town for a guest appearance on the Variety Club Telethon, on which I was performing with my church choir from Oakbank United. We sang. I gave her some money. We made out. Well, no we didn't. She kissed me on the cheek. It was a tiny little peck, but massive when you consider that at the time she was, as far as I knew, the hottest girl in the entire world. Ever. I'll never forget that day. I tried to play it cool like it was no big deal, but I think my beet red face gave me away. It was awesome. I still think we would have been great together. We had chemistry. I miss you Vicki. I hope you're well. Happy Birthday.
