One assumes if you are old enough and mature enough to have a driver’s licence, you are able to see the concept of a speed limit (Two sides to photo-radar flap, Letters, Aug. 1).

Drive within the speed limit, don’t receive a ticket. It’s really that simple. No speeding, no “cash grab,” as some people like to call it.

In his letter, Barry Craig said he thinks the drivers in the refund fiasco deserve an apology. Seriously?
