The Toronto Blue Jays have optioned relief pitcher Brendon Little to triple-A Buffalo among a number of moves made.
Little has struggled to start the season, giving up 10 earned runs in just 3 2/3 innings along with three walks and 10 hits.
The 29-year-old has an 0-2 record across five games.
The Blue Jays also optioned right-hander Lazaro Estrada to Buffalo, while selecting left-hander Joe Mantiply and right-hander Austin Voth to the major league roster.
The team also transferred outfielder Anthony Santander (shoulder) and right-hander Cody Ponce (knee) to the 60-day injured list.
