CEO — Dennis Skulsky is in third year as Lions president and has been with the organization since 2003 (Lions also have respected and experienced vice-president George Chayka on staff).
GM — Wally Buono is in his 10th year as Lions GM and just happens to be the winningest coach in CFL history.
HEAD COACH — Mike Benevides is a rookie head coach after spending 24 years in the league, the last four as Lions defensive co-ordinator.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Jacques Chapdelaine, ninth season with Lions, third as OC. First year in CFL as a coach was 1991.
DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Rich Stubler, has won four Grey Cups as a defensive co-ordinator in the CFL dating back to his arrival in the league in 1983.
COACHING STAFF — Nine coaches in total.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Travis Lulay is the league’s best young quarterback and now a bona fide star with a Grey Cup win on his resumé.

CEO – Chris Rudge is in his second year at the helm and previously was CEO of the Canadian Olympic Committee from 2003 through 2010. Chaired the Own The Podium program through 2009 and 2010.
GM — Jim Barker, veteran CFL coach and executive was previously a GM with the Calgary Stampeders and has been part of two Grey Cups as a coach and one as a personnel director.
HEAD COACH — Scott Milanovich is a rookie head coach and won a pair of Grey Cups as assistant head coach/offensive co-ordinator with the Montreal Alouettes.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Milanovich (Jason Maas is QB coach).
ASSISTANT HEAD COACH/DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR/ASSISTANT GM — Chris Jones.
COACHING STAFF — Nine coaches in total.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Ricky Ray is a Hall of Fame passer and currently among league’s best.

OWNERSHIP MODEL — Community-owned.
MANAGEMENT — Board of directors elected by team shareholders.
CEO — Len Rhodes is a rookie in the CFL. Comes to the Esks after senior executive experience with Reebok-CCM Hockey, Molson Coors Brewing Company and Heinz.
GM — Eric Tillman has won Grey Cups with three franchises as a GM (B.C. 1994, Toronto 1997, Saskatchewan 2007) and came to the league in 1982 with the Montreal Concordes.
HEAD COACH — Kavis Reed is in his second year as head coach of the Esks, who went 11-7, second in the CFL West Division, and hosted their first playoff game since 2004. Reed was a finalist for the 2011 CFL Coach of the Year Award as a rookie.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Marcus Crandell is in his second year as Esks OC. Fourth year as a CFL coach after an 11-year career as a QB in the league.
DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Mark Nelson is in his first year as Esks DC and his 24th year of coaching. Has won Grey Cups as a coach with Edmonton and Toronto and played five seasons in the league as a linebacker.
COACHING STAFF — Nine coaches on staff.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Combination of Steven Jyles and Kerry Joseph leaves the Esks vulnerable for the future at this position.
STATE OF THE FRANCHISE
Current record — 5-6

STADIUM STATUS — Commonweath Stadium has had $225 million in renovations over the last couple of years, with more on the way.
FUTURE OUTLOOK — Reed is an excellent young coach and Tillman is a proven winner. Team is financially stable, and except for the lack of depth at QB, things look good for the Esks.
óè Saskatchewan
Roughriders
OWNERSHIP MODEL — Community-owned.
MANAGEMENT — Board of directors elected by team shareholders.
CEO — Jim Hopson in his eighth year of one of the most successful on- and off-the-field turnarounds in league history.
GM — Brendan Taman is in his third year running the Riders and his teams have competed in four of the last 10 Grey Cups.
HEAD COACH — Corey Chamblin is a rookie head coach who arrived in the CFL in 2007 and won a Grey Cup with Calgary as defensive backs coach in 2008. Since arriving in the CFL, Chamblin’s teams have made it to division finals or the Grey Cup each and every year.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Bobby Dyce has been an offensive coach in the CFL for 10 years and is in his first season as an OC. Spent seven years in the CIS before moving to the CFL.
DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Richie Hall, a former head coach of he Edmonton Eskimos and a 15-year coach in the CFL after a nine-year playing career in the league.
COACHING STAFF — The Riders have 11 coaches on staff.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Starter Darian Durant is considered one of the best young quarterbacks in the league and backup Drew Willy has shown promise in limited work.

STADIUM STATUS — The Riders will move into a new $300 million stadium in 2017.
FUTURE OUTLOOK — The strongest fan base in the CFL and a new building guarantees financial success. Good Canadian talent and a bright young coaching staff. If Durant can move to elite status, the Riders will be set for years to come.
óè Montreal Alouettes
OWNERSHIP MODEL — Privately owned by Bob Wetenhall.
MANAGEMENT
CEO — Vacant. Former CEO Ray Lalonde left the team in July due to personal reasons.
GM — Jim Popp is entering his 16th season as Alouettes GM and his teams have won three Grey Cups and appeared in eight league finals. He is the undisputed champion of CFL GMs.
HEAD COACH — Marc Trestman is in his fifth year with the Als as head coach and has been to three Grey Cups, winning two in that time.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Marcus Brady is in his first season as offensive co-ordinator after spending the last three years as the club’s receivers coach.
DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Jeff Reinebold is in his 25th year of coaching and has held numerous posts in the CFL, including his infamous run as head coach of the Bombers.
COACHING STAFF — The Als have 10 coaches on staff.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Hall of Famer Anthony Calvillo is arguably the league’s best.

OWNERSHIP MODEL — Privately owned by Bob Young.
MANAGEMENT
PRESIDENT — Scott Mitchell has been in his role with the Cats since 2007 and is the son of former CFL commissioner Doug Mitchell. A draft pick of the Blue Bombers, Mitchell made his mark in sports broadcasting and as an agent before joining the Tiger-Cats.
GM — Bob O’Billovich has over three decades of CFL experience as a player, administrator, scout, assistant coach, head coach and general manager and is one of the most respected executives in the game.
HEAD COACH — George Cortez is in his first year as head coach of the Tiger-Cats and has won four Grey Cups in his 18 seasons in the CFL, where he has served as associate head coach, offensive coordinator, special teams co-ordinator, quarterbacks coach, offensive line coach, running backs coach, defensive line coach and defensive backs coach.
OFFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Cortez.
DEFENSIVE CO-ORDINATOR — Casey Creehan is in his first year as DC in Hamilton and is considered one of the league’s bright defensive minds. Came to the CFL in 2004 and had stints as a defensive assistant in Montreal, Calgary and Winnipeg before landing in Hamilton.
COACHING STAFF — The Tiger-Cats have 11 coaches on staff.
QUARTERBACK QUALITY — Future Hall of Famer Henry Burris is the starter.
