OFFENCE

Bombers RB Chris Garrett had a big game, rushing 18 times for 131 yards. But this night belonged to Buck Pierce, who completed 16 of 25 passes for 239 yards and a touchdown and also ran for a four-yard major himself.

DEFENCE

Bombers DB Brandon Stewart picked off Kevin Glenn in the third quarter and then somehow worked his way to the end zone — an 83-yard interception return for a touchdown that put Winnipeg up 26-3.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Playing for his job, punter Mike Renaud registerd a 47.0-yard average on seven punts. A 57-yard single was Renaud’s only major blemish on a night.
