REGINA – Dave Foxcroft will serve as the referee for the Grey Cup game Sunday at Mosaic Stadium.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will take on the Toronto Argonauts looking for a third straight Grey Cup crown. The Double Blue are in the title game for the first time since winning in 2017.
Foxcroft, in his 21st season as a CFL official, will appear in his sixth Grey Cup contest.
Umpire Troy Semenchuk and line judge Walt Hawrysh, who are both completing their sixth season, will work their first Grey Cup game.
The remainder of the crew includes down judge Ron Barss (17th season, fifth Grey Cup); side judge Dave Gatza (13th season, third Grey Cup); back judge Larry Butler (18th season, third Grey Cup); and field judge Brian Chrupalo (17th season, fifth Grey Cup).
Tim Kroeker (16th season, fifth Grey Cup) will be the backup referee while Tom Cesari (10th season, fourth Grey Cup), Murray Clarke (30th season, 10th Grey Cup) and Jason Maggio (20th season, sixth Grey Cup) will serve as backup officials.
The off-field staff will consist of Darren Hackwood (associated vice-president, officiating); Jeff Harbin (manager, officiating); Ken Lazaruk (supervisor, officiating); and Al Bradbury (replay official).
