Hey there, time traveller!

THE Jets said late in the week they have reached 70,000 names on their random-draw list for individual-game tickets.
The club announced in September that the draw would be the way it would sell the 600 or so tickets that will be available to the general public for each of the 40 remaining (after today) home games.
Given that each draw “winner” can only win once and will be able to purchase two tickets, today’s odds of success would seem to be about one in six.
The Jets are leaving the ticket-draw list open to anyone who wishes to submit their name. Winners are pulled on a monthly basis for the home games in the following month.

The Montreal Canadiens, 2-0 losers in their season-opener Thursday in Toronto, practised at home on Saturday before flying to Winnipeg.
The Habs skated with Erik Cole, Tomas Plekanec and Lars Eller as their top line.
Scot Gomez centred Max Pacioretty and captain Brian Gionta on another line, David Desharnais was between Andrei Kostitsyn and Mathieu Darche on a third line. Andreas Engqvist centred Yannick Weber and Travis Moen as a fourth line.
The Jets are expected to counter with no surprises today.
Andrew Ladd, centre Bryan Little and Blake Wheeler are the team’s top line, with rookie Mark Scheifele between Evander Kane and Kyle Wellwood on the second unit.
Winnipeg’s third line is Alexander Burmistrov, Brett MacLean and Nik Antropov while Jim Slater centres the fourth unit with Tanner Glass and Chris Thorburn.
