ABOUT THE CANUCKS

The Canucks come to tonight’s game off a two-victory trip to the southwest over the weekend, defeating the L.A. Kings and the Arizona Coyotes. With six wins in the last eight games, Vancouver now has 88 points and sits second in the Pacific Division with 10 games to play.

G Eddie Lack has taken on the workload since Ryan Miller went out with injury in late February.

Lack, the former Manitoba Moose No. 1 goalie, is 8-3-1 in this stretch.

The Canucks and Jets have met once this season, in early February in Vancouver. The Canucks won that game in overtime, 3-2.

Vancouver is 7-7-0 vs. the Central this season and have feasted on Eastern Conference teams at 21-10-1.

LW Daniel Sedin leads Vancouver in scoring this season with 16 goals and 64 points in 72 games.

The Canucks are tough to score against during power plays. Their penalty kill is running along as the No. 3-ranked unit in the NHL at 85.5 per cent
