үӯ ABOUT THE PREDS

The Predators (9-3-3, fourth in Western Conference) lost their last game, falling 2-1 in a shootout to the Toronto Maple Leafs Thursday night.

Nashville goaltender Pekka Rinne has great numbers against the Jets over the years — Rinne’s got a record of 4-1-0 versus Winnipeg, a 1.00 GAA and an eye-popping .963 save percentage.

The Predators have a 5-1-2 record at home this season.

Nashville is averaging 31.5 shots per game, second in the NHL.

Weird stat of the day: Nashville is undefeated in regulation time (5-0-1) when they were outshot this season. Conversely, they are just 4-3-2 when they have outshot their opponents.

Nashville has scored the first goal of the game in 10 of its 15 games this season. The Jets, meanwhile, have surrendered the first goal in 13 of 17 games.
