TORONTO – Spanish playmaker Alejandro Pozuelo has been named MLS player of the week after scoring two goals and setting up another in Toronto FC’s 4-3 win over Minnesota United on Friday night.

The attacking mdifielder scored his two goals in a span of 110 seconds — setting a club record for fastest brace — in the 28th and 30th minute, then assisted on Jordan Hamilton’s winning goal in the 79th minute.
