Another fire in vacant Flora Avenue home

A cat was found dead after a house caught fire for the second time this month.

Crews were sent to the vacant, two-storey multi-family home on the 600 block of Flora Avenue at 10:52 p.m. Tuesday and declared the fire under control at 11:49 p.m.

People were living in the home when the previous fire happened on the morning of Nov. 9. Two residents were assessed by paramedics but were not taken to hospital after that fire.
