New spray pad opens at Bronx Park Community Centre

A new 3,000-square-foot accessible spray pad has opened at the Bronx Park Community Centre.

The community centre, located at 720 Henderson Hwy., now has new concreate paths, seating areas, shade structures, a water fountain and a bike rack.

The project’s budget was estimated at around $1 million, with $913,000 funded through the federal government’s Canada Community-Building Fund and $87,000 from the City of Winnipeg, a Saturday media release states.
