Winnipeggers can once again use the phone to access city services.
In an X post at 10:21 a.m., Tuesday, the city noted three call centres — including 311, water and waste and Winnipeg Transit services — were “experiencing unexpected issues,” so callers couldn’t get through.
The issue was resolved Tuesday afternoon, city officials said.
Winnipegger can also submit service requests online.
