The Assiniboia Downs cancelled horse racing for the second consecutive night on Wednesday.

This time, it was because of high winds, which were gusting up to 80 km/h.

On Tuesday, racing was cancelled thanks to poor air quality due to smoke from wildfires in the northern Prairies and the Northwest Territories.
