Female struck by vehicle on Pembina Highway

A driver struck a pedestrian at Pembina Highway and Dalhousie Drive just after noon Wednesday.
Winnipeg Police Service spokesman Const. Claude Chancy said the collision was reported at about 12:08 p.m.
Chancy said the victim, reported to be a female, was sent to hospital. He could not immediately confirm her age or the extent of her injuries.
He said the driver of the vehicle involved stayed at the scene and spoke with police. Traffic investigators remained at the scene as of about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
