Officers with the Opaskwayak Cree Nation detachment are the first members of the Manitoba First Nations Police Service to get body cameras.
The MFNPS plans to expand the cameras to all other detachments in the coming months.
The RCMP began distributing the cameras to its officers across Canada in November.
