A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the killing of a woman this summer.
Devon Charlie Colomb, 26, was arrested Sunday. He was wanted on an accessory to murder charge in connection with the slaying of Ashley Isabella Murdock.
The Kinonjeoshtegon First Nation woman was found dead in an apartment complex on the 300 block of Kennedy Street on July 5. Police said this summer that Murdock last communicated with family and community members on June 26 and was reported missing July 3.
Police announced three arrests later that month and asked for the public’s help in finding Colomb.
Kelly Marie Kroeker, 32, was charged with second-degree murder. Kenneth Walter Young, 28, and Charles Harold Wood, 38, were charged with accessory to murder.
Detectives think Murdock was killed elsewhere and her body was moved to the apartment complex. A spokeswoman previously said Colomb is accused of participating in moving Murdock’s body.
