The province said Monday it will spend $20.3 million to repave parts of highways 10 and 16 near Minnedosa.
Highway 10 will be repaved between highways 1 and 25 and between the south and north junctions with Highway 16. The projects involved about 22.1 kilometres of highway, with work anticipated to begin this spring, Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Lisa Naylor said in a news release.
Surface improvements are also planned on Highway 10 between Highway 24 and the south junction of Highway 16, and on Highway 16 from Provincial Road 250 to Highway 10.
