Homicide in Wasagamack First Nation

A man is in custody after another man was slain in Wasagamack First Nation.

Island Lake RCMP were called about gunshots at about 12:30 a.m. Friday and were also told a 37-year-old man had been found dead outside a home.

The death is being investigated as a homicide. A male suspect is in custody, RCMP said in a news release.
