Jets draft goaltender in third round

The Winnipeg Jets have added a goalie to their prospect pool.
Samuel Hrenak was selected in the third round, 71st-overall, on Saturday. The 18-year-old is from Slovakia and plays for the Fargo Force in the USHL. He is 6-3 and had a 7-1-1 record in nine games last season along with 2.20 goals against average and .918 save percentage.
The Jets chose Swedish centre Viggo Bjorck with the eighth-overall pick on Friday night. Winnipeg is set to make five other selections in the later rounds on Saturday.
