Cole Perfetti and Mark Scheifele scored in the third period after Eetu Luostarinen had given the home team a 1-0 lead late in the opening frame.
Jets goaltender Eric Comrie stopped 27 of 28 shots.
Winnipeg is now 22-25-7, including 2-1-0 on this four-game road trip, which ends Monday in Dallas. Florida, the two-time Stanley Cup champions, dropped a third straight game to fall to 28-23-3.
