Kings of Leon to grant an audience at downtown arena

Nashville rockers Kings of Leon will take the stage at the Canada Life Centre Sept. 5.

Tickets go on sale March 1 at 10 a.m. at livenation.com and ticketmaster.ca. Prices weren’t announced.

Kings of Leon formed in 1999, but it took a decade for the group to gain fame with the songs Sex By Fire and Use Somebody, which earned four Grammy Awards between them. The band’s new album, Can We Please Have Fun, comes out May 10.
