The Winnipeg Blue Bombers (0-2) trail the B.C. Lions (1-1) 13-7 after the first quarter of play at Princess Auto Stadium.
The visitors jumped out to an early 10-0 advantage before the Bombers responded with a late one-yard plunge by short-yardage quarterback Chris Streveler.
The Lions added a second quarter field goal. The Bombers got the ball down the B.C. six-yard line but came away with nothing after Zach Collaros threw an incomplete pass as time expired.
