Man accused of pointing gun at youths in O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi arrested

A young man accused of pointing a sawed-off shotgun at several youths in O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi early Monday morning has been arrested.
Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP were called to the community at midnight, after a man was spotted walking around with a gun.
Mounties went to a home on the First Nation, which is on the northwest shore of Lake Manitoba, and arrested an 18-year-old. The officers found the sawed-off shotgun at the rear of the house, along with ammunition.
Mounties say the suspect had pointed the gun at several youths.
The 18-year-old has been charged with several firearms offences. He was let out ahead of a court date.
