A man has been charged after he allegedly exposed himself to students on a school playground Tuesday.
Police were sent to the 600 block of Banning Street at about 3:45 p.m. The only school on that block is General Wolfe.
Officers were told a man went onto school grounds, exposed himself to several youth and “made an inappropriate request to the victims,” the Winnipeg Police Service said in a news release Friday.
Staff intervened, told the man to leave and contacted police.
Police arrested a man on the same block Wednesday afternoon. Kevin Tibay Maliwanag, 33, is charged with invitation to sexual touching and indecent exposure to a person under 16.
He was released from police custody with conditions, including not having contact with anyone under 18.
