Man rushed to hospital after stabbing

A man was taken to hospital in stable condition after he was stabbed early Wednesday.
Police were sent to the 300 block of Princess Street at about 2 a.m. and found a 37-year-old man on the ground who had suffered a serious stab wound “to his lower body,” the Winnipeg Police Service said in a news release.
Officers gave the man emergency medical care, applying a tourniquet.
