Man slain near Ebb and Flow First Nation

A suspect has been arrested after a homicide near Ebb and Flow First Nation.

Ste. Rose du lac RCMP were sent to the scene on Highway 278 at about 7:45 a.m. Sunday and found an injured 34-year-old man lying beside a truck. He was transported to a hospital in Dauphin, where he died from his injuries.

RCMP identified a suspect and arrested a 53-year-old man at a home in the community. He remains in custody.
