Missing Fisher River Cree Nation man found dead

A missing Fisher River Cree Nation man has been found dead, RCMP said Monday.

Martin (Raymond) Murdock, 42, had last been seen walking in the Interlake community on March 31. He was reported missing to RCMP on Wednesday.

“Investigation continues pending the results of the autopsy,” RCMP said in a news release.

On Friday afternoon, police released a description of Murdock and a car he might have been driving.
