Missing St. Theresa Point First Nation resident, 32, last seen Monday

RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing St. Theresa Point First Nation woman.

Destiny Wood, 32, was last seen at her mother’s home in that community at about 11 a.m. on Sept. 9. She was reported missing to RCMP shortly after 4:30 p.m. Monday.

She is described as 5-4 in height, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

Wood was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a tan sweater, and Nike shoes that are pink, black and white in colour. She has numerous tattoos, RCMP said in a news release Tuesday, including “Ralph” on her left jaw, a dreamcatcher on her right shoulder and a wolf’s paw on her chest.

Police asked anyone with information regarding Wood’s whereabouts to contact Island Lake RCMP at 204-456-2626.
