It is now easier to follow what’s happening at city hall.

The city announced the launch Monday of the Decision Making Information System.

“This is about improving service delivery and making city hall records more accessible than ever,” Mayor Scott Gillingham said in a Monday news release. Reminders can now be set to track specific agenda items as they move through the committee process.

The old system, which was nearly 25 years old, included records from as far back as 1990; all have been moved to the new system. The new system meets web accessibility standards and is mobile-friendly.

“I encourage residents to explore the new DMIS to see what’s before city council and committees and how they can participate,” Coun. Devi Sharma, council speaker, said.
