Person of interest sought after Lakewood Boulevard bank robbed

Police are seeking to identify a man who was at a Southdale bank robbery last month.
The robbery happened at the Bank of Montreal branch at 31 Lakewood Blvd. at about 11 a.m. on July 7. Police released two images of the person of interest Friday.
The man was wearing a Vegas Golden Knights cap — brown on the front and white on the sides— and a blue golf shirt with a dark collar. He also wore checkered shorts, a watch and dark socks. He was carrying a bag.
The Winnipeg Police Service is asking anyone who knows who the man is, or where he is, to contact the major crimes unit at 204-986-6219, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 204-786-8488 (TIPS) or online.
