RCMP were dealing with “a serious incident” in Hollow Water First Nation on Thursday morning.
Manitoba RCMP said residents of the community “can expect a heavy police presence in the community throughout the day,” adding that “there is no risk to public safety.”
Provincial Road 304 was closed in both directions south of Black River First Nation, police said in a news release sent at about 8:20 a.m.
